As the spring season registration closes soon, I bring you all a treat.

I recently had the pleasure of interviewing a team that has cemented their legacy for over five years in UB Intramural Sports. Tuhan, a team that reflects the passion of their home country of South Korea, has maintained a dominant standing within our program by providing consistent records, excellent sportsmanship, and a never say die attitude. Their name reflects their home country’s professional sponsors as they represent their country at the University at Buffalo.

I had the pleasure of listening to how passionate this team is and how they continue to strive to be the best they can through regular scrimmages and practice schedules. They commonly seek out athletes who are a good fit for the team while they chase the dream of being Intramural Champions.

From my knowledge, Tuhan has received many awards for their active competitive play.

A team that is very prideful of their heritage is relevant to note that our program encourages this type of competitive play and we heartily encourage other teams to join our program also to become Intramural Champions!

While Tuhan has players who are seeking a long-term career in professional soccer/football, this is a reminder for anyone who wants to plant their legacy within the UB Intramural Sports History of Athletics. The process is simple, just sign up on IMLeagues and create your team.

Once you do that, I’ll see you at Kunz Field!
