The UB Academy for Higher Education Leadership is presented by the University at Buffalo's Office of the Provost, the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs, and the School of Management's Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness.

While this immersive two-day program was originally conceived as training for department chairs, arguably the most demanding leadership position within higher education, it is evolving to include a wider community of faculty and administrative leadership. 

As a leader in higher education, you know how demanding your role can be.  At the UB Academy for Higher Education Leadership, you'll build the skills you need to meet your daily responsibilities and enhance your leadership potential in a focused, two-day workshop with key peers. Agenda Outline
