An article in the Buffalo News reports Kathy Twist, senior associate athletic director for sports administration and senior woman administrator, has been named interim director of athletics, and quotes UB President Satish K. Tripathi.


UB President Satish K. Tripathi was quoted in a story on WBFO-FM about yesterday’s State of the University System Address by SUNY Chancellor Kristina Johnson.


An editorial praises UB President Satish K. Tripathi and Suzanne Rosenblith, dean of the UB Graduate School of Education, for volunteering to take over Buffalo’s troubled BUILD Academy in order to improve outcomes at the pre-K to eighth-grade school.

Tripathi introduced Hochul, noting that she has been an advocate for women in leadership roles.
