Male suspect captured on video stealing bikes.

Location: 955 Main Street, Jacobs School of Medicine and Bilological Sciences, Allen Street Tunnel

The suspect in these images was captured on video cutting locks and stealing bikes on two separate occasions. 

On 9/21/2020 at 6:00 p.m. he was observed stealing a bike in the Allen Tunnel. He is described as a male, medium build, possible neck tattoos, tattoo on upper right arm, tattoo covering whole left arm, a tattoo on his right lower leg, wearing a dark short sleeve shirt, possibly black and white striped shorts, gray & white shoes, a blue bucket hat with a red brim, carrying a red, white and blue nylon string backpack. Suspect was riding a black bicycle with silver handlebars, black hand grips, a small black motorcycle type "fuel tank" on the main bar with what appears to be a white bird or angel emblem on it and a bright green seat.

On 9/23/2019 at 4:30 p.m. he was also caught on video stealing a bike. At that time he had a beard, dark clothing, dark ball cap with gray brim, black backpack with red straps and red design on the back, appeared to have tattoos on both legs. He arrived on a green bike and swapped it out with the victim’s bike in the bike rack in the Allen Street Tunnel Entrance.
