UB Buffalo Partnership Scholarships reward students whose successful efforts academically and civically offer them a place of honor at UB, providing the necessary support to help them refine and achieve their goals.

This program supports Buffalo Public Schools students who have demonstrated academic success and a commitment to giving back to the Buffalo community.
The UB Buffalo Partnership Scholars Program (BPSP) includes full resident tuition and fees for up to four consecutive years of undergraduate study, a yearly book stipend of $600.00, and a laptop computer. This scholarship recognizes outstanding students from the Buffalo Public Schools who excel both academically and civically through service to their respective communities.
The UB BPSP was created as an outgrowth of UB’s institutional partnership with the Buffalo Schools and is made possible through monies raised at the annual UB Scholarship Gala.
Eligible applicants should have a combined math and critical reading SAT score of 1200 or higher (or a minimum ACT score of 27) and an unweighted high school average of 90 or higher You should apply (UB Undergraduate Admission) to the university by 31 December 2009, as scholarship awards will be based on academic credentials including transcripts and scores received by this date. Qualified applicants will be asked to complete (UB BPSP 2010 Supplemental Essay). Prospective UB BPSP Scholars are also encouraged to file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by 1 March 2010. UB initial admission and scholarship offers will be mailed beginning in early March 2010.
