Amanda Nickerson, professor and director of the Alberti Center for Bullying Abuse Prevention in the University at Buffalo Graduate School of Education, is quoted in WalletHub about 2016's states with the biggest bullying problems. Nickerson says that schools with policies that clearly identify and prohibit bullying, provide training to staff, use evidence-based prevention programming and use effective disciplinary practices are most impactful.
