US Government may not need Apple's help after all in encryption case

Mark Bartholomew, professor of law, is quoted by ABC about the ongoing battle between Apple and the FBI and the latest news that the government may not need Apple’s help in the encryption case. Bartholomew says if this case goes away and a third party can in fact get into the phone, it is a win for Apple.
