Autopilot system for recreational boating responds to threats before they occur

An article on GizMag reports three UB students have designed a pre-emptive marine autopilot system for recreational boat owners that automatically takes over the driving when a threat is identified and steers the vessel to its final destination. The article includes a UB-produced video that interviews the students who developed the system. Stories on the technology also appeared on T3 Magazine and w8.ms.
