UB president outlines plans to move grad schools from Amherst to Buffalo

An article in Business First reports on UB President Satish K. Tripathi’s State of the University address, and notes UB has applied for state funds through the Western New York Regional Economic Council to support moving the School of Social Work into renovated space on the South Campus, and later the Graduate School of Education to a newly created professional education center on that campus. An additional article about the address reports UB is seeing an influx of demand from students that is translating into rising enrollment standards.
