An article in Forbes reports on a new study by the UB School of Management that showed three leadership behaviors -- leading by example, admitting mistakes and recognizing followers' strengths -- are powerful predictors of company growth, and that humble leaders foster more learning-oriented teams, better-engaged staff and lower employee turnover.
