Time Magazine: Can repetitive food help you lose weight?

An article in TIME Magazine reports on a study by Leonard Epstein, professor of pediatrics and social and preventive medicine, and colleagues that found that eating the same food over and over again may be a way to reduce calorie consumption. The research, the investigators believe, could shed light on the link between overeating and addiction.
