Buffalo News: Editorial encourages passage of SUNY reform bill

An editorial in today's Buffalo News urges Albany lawmakers to adopt the Public Higher Education Empowerment and Innovation Act, which would allow campuses to set their own tuition rates and encourage partnership with private companies.
