The Center for the Arts, University at Buffalo presents The National Circus and Acrobats of the People’s Republic of China in "Peking Dreams" on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $26.50, Students (any school) $11.50.

Since 1958, this Company has performed in more than 50 countries promoting China's national acrobatic and circus art traditions. Their 2015 tour "Peking Dreams" features many impressive acts such as hat juggling, ring diving, bicycles, foot juggling with umbrellas, unicycles, adagio of four and grand martial arts. The program also includes traditional circus acts like hula hoops, high chair balancing, aerial silks, solo trapeze and rope tricks (lasso) commonly featured under the circus tent. This production was performed for the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008 and has been performed for more than 600 shows before 400,000+ people in China, Europe, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
