Henderson to Speak at UB Alumni Luncheon

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Marsha S. Henderson, vice president for external affairs at the University at Buffalo, will be the next speaker in the "UB at Noon Downtown" luncheon series, to be held at noon on March 8 in Chef's Restaurant, 291 Seneca St.

The series is presented by the UB Alumni Association and the UB School of Management Alumni Association.

The program will begin at noon, with lunch served shortly thereafter, and conclude at 1:30 p.m. following a question-and-answer session. Cost of the program is $15 for UBAA/SOMA members and $20 for non-members.

Registration is being taken by the UB Office of Alumni Relations at 645-3312. March 6 is the deadline for reservations.

Henderson was Western New York District president for KeyBank before joining UB in September.

A UB alumna who holds a bachelor's degree in geography, she has a longstanding record of involvement in the university and in the community. She has held numerous key board appointments in the region, including service on the UB Foundation Board, and previously was chair of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership Board of Directors. In 2004, she was named Niagara Frontier Executive of the Year by the UB School of Management.
