UB will present its second Information Technology (IT) Fair on Wednesday and Thursday, March 19 and 20, in the Natural Sciences Lecture Hall Complex.

The fair is designed to promote consciousness and awareness of information technology at UB, as well as to provide faculty and staff with information on technological advances, what else is available and the future of information technology.

The fair is targeted at persons with both novice and advanced computer skills. Three knowledge tracks will be offered: Teaching and Learning, Administrative and UB's IT Strategies.

In addition, the fair will feature a demonstration area where anyone interested in an introduction to information technology can explore hands-on displays specializing in a number of different areas. Consultants will be available to answer questions, offer advice and demonstrate effective ways to use information technology for personal and professional empowerment.
