BUFFALO, N.Y. – The University at Buffalo School of
Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences has received three grants
totaling $3.85 million from the National Institutes of Health (NIH)
for the Translational Pharmacology Research Core and its HIV
Clinical Pharmacology Research Program.
Wes Moore, an Army combat veteran, social entrepreneur and youth
advocate, will speak at the University at Buffalo at 8 p.m. on
Wednesday, Oct. 15, in Alumni Arena, North Campus, as part of the
UB Distinguished Speakers Series.
Two innovative public service endeavors have newly invigorated
the University at Buffalo Law School’s Jaeckle Center for
Law, Democracy and Governance. The first is a new blog covering New
York State election and voting rights issues; the second is the
creation of a non-partisan voting rights project.
