Discriminatory Conduct

Statement from the University at Buffalo on Discriminatory Conduct

Unlawful discrimination has no place at the University at Buffalo and will not be tolerated.  Any member of the UB community who believes they have been subjected to discriminatory conduct may contact the Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion to consult about their options, which include filing a report of discrimination under UB’s Discrimination and Harassment Policy.  Discrimination includes harassment based on sex, race, national origin, religion, disability, or other factors prohibited by law, and UB will act promptly to end harassment and prevent its reoccurrence.  Discrimination and harassment have no place at UB, and we are committed to upholding values of equity and inclusion so that everyone in the UB community can study, teach, work and conduct research in an environment free of discrimination.
