Applications should include a cover letter, resume and the names of five references. To be assured full consideration, applications should be received by October 10, 2011; recruitment will continue until the position is filled. The search will be conducted with a commitment of confidentiality for candidates until finalists are selected. Candidates will be informed before references are contacted. The anticipated start date is early 2012.
