Laura E. Hubbard, associate vice president for budget and
finance at the University of Oregon, has been named vice president
for finance and administration at UB.
Her appointment took effect Feb. 27, 2012.
The University at Buffalo is the largest campus in the State
University of New York system and New York’s leading public
center for graduate and professional education.
The Buffalo Niagara region is a major metropolitan area
