The search for the position of dean of the School of Management has officially launched; the search committee held its initial meeting last week. As the committee works to develop the recruitment strategy for this position, we invite members of the university community to join representatives of the search committee at listening sessions to discuss campus interests and priorities for the search.
The listening sessions have been scheduled as follows:
Friday, October 16, 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., 106 Jacobs Management Center (School of Management faculty only)
Monday, October 19, 3:45 – 4:45 p.m., 102 Alfiero Center (open to all)
Wednesday, October 21, 3:45 – 4:45 p.m., 102 Alfiero Center (open to all)
We encourage all interested individuals to attend one or more of these meetings.
If you are not able to attend the listening sessions, you are always welcome to offer input to the search committee online at this link. This survey site will remain active for comments and questions throughout the search, and collects all input confidentially.
A search website is active now with information on the search process, committee, communications, and application and nomination procedures. Additional information will be posted on the site as it becomes available.
Thank you for your interest in this important leadership search. We hope to see many of our colleagues at the upcoming listening sessions. I will continue to provide updates to the campus community on the progress of this search as there is information to share.
