I chose UB because its architecture school had the most attractive studio environment. I was also attracted to its studio work ethic, and the professors I talked to. I’ve loved working with many professors here, like Beth Tauke, Jennifer Oakley, Chris Romano, Laura Garofolo and visiting professor Thomas Kelly. Their work ethic is amazing.
Compared to other schools, what I liked about UB is that relationship between its students and professors; it’s a great advantage how much they cared about students, and we are all more integrated. And now that I’m applying for a master’s in other countries, like Canada, Spain and Morocco, other schools are impressed with my portfolio and the rigor of the program.
