How I afforded a great education

I was able to attend UB because of undergraduate scholarships. I got an international merit scholarship as a freshman, which really helped going to college become affordable. In my junior year I won a summertime scholarship to conduct engineering research.

I’ve also worked on campus in IT and dining services, and those jobs helped me pay the bills.

UB was the lowest tuition around, and I feel it also supported my research goals by offering scholarships and lots of programs to try, too.
