Begin by navigating to Transfer Credit Report page.
You can run a report by searching for an existing Run Control ID or you can Add a New Value.
Creating a Run Control ID that is relevant to the report may help you remember it for future use.
A Run Control ID is an identifier that, when paired with your User ID, uniquely identifies the process you are running. The Run Control ID defines parameters that are used when a process is run. This ensures that when a process runs in the background, the system does not prompt you for additional values.
In the Select Your Career group box select the Academic Career.
In the Select Your Students group box click in the EmplID field.
Enter the EmplID (Person Number) into the EmplID field.
Press the Tab key for the student's name to appear.
To initiate the process click the Run button.
To run the process and return to the previous page click the OK button.
Click the OK button .
To check the status of the report click the Process Monitor link.
The Run Status in the Process List Group box must update to Success and the Distribution Status to Posted.
Click the Refresh button.
When the Distribution Status has been updated to Posted select the Go back to Transfer Credit Report link.
In the Report List group box, Description column, click the UB_TRNFR_CRD - UB_TRNFR_CRD.pdf link to view the report.
When you are finished reviewing the report click the Close button (Red X) in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Click the Close button.
To run the report for multiple students, use the Add a New Row button (+ sign) to add additional students. Use the Delete a Row button (- sign) to remove students.
Use the Process Transfer Credit Report page to determine the students for which you want to generate a transfer credit report.
Using the File menu, you can save this pdf file for future uses, such as for printing and emailing.
