Financial Aid

The financial aid module automates federal, state, and institutional financial aid processing for a more efficient operation. Functionality of this module includes the ability of financial aid administrators to:

• Process financial aid and federal/state financial aid applications
• Verify application and HUB data pertinent to financial aid
• Develop student budgets
• Auto package financial aid and offer to students
• Repackage financial aid based on registration at census date
• Send award and revised award letters
• Authorize and disburse financial aid
• Process direct loans
• Process the return of Title IV funds
• Manage work study funds
• Process Pell payments
• Use FISAP

Student functionality includes the ability to:

• View financial aid awards
• View if financial aid has been offered, accepted, authorized, and disbursed
• Accept and decline financial aid awards
• Complete a summer financial aid application
• View to do list that alerts student to missing financial aid documentation
