2. Take the Letter of Introduction to one of UB’s bank partners to apply for a mortgage
UB has partnered with the following regional financial institutions for the Home Loan Guarantee Program: HSBC Mortgage Corp. (USA) and M&T Mortgage Corporation.
These lenders have designated customer service representatives who are familiar with the Home Loan Guaranty Program and can assist you with your application. Employees are encouraged to contact the designated bank representative directly.
To participate in UB’s Home Loan Guaranty Program, you are required to choose from the following financial partners:
