Amtrak services the Buffalo Niagara region with two train stations: Exchange Street, located in downtown Buffalo, and in the Buffalo suburb of Depew, an approximately 20-minute drive from UB’s North Campus.

Bus service to Buffalo is offered through two major carriers, Greyhound and Megabus, both of which have stops in downtown Buffalo and at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.
