Vocational Programs

The Customer Service Program will provide unemployed or underemployed, individuals with the skills necessary to obtain a job in entry level customer service positions such as telephone call centers, customer support, help desks, receptionists, front desk clerks, collections, and other backroom positions. The Customer Service program will address various topics related to customer relations: Basic Customer Service Skills (core principles), Interpersonal Skills, Organizational Communication, and Computer Skills.

The Incumbent Worker Series (IWS) program is designed to provide skills for those who are currently employed, underemployed, or laid off that will allow them to advance and/or re-enter the job market.
