The Customer Service Program will help students identify and avoid communication breakdowns by incorporating the skills learned from the Job Readiness To Career Success skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, situational judgment, and being able to communicate effectively in the global community.
The program will help students to understand the underlying benefits and skills needed to establish team and customer relationships.

Earn Your Certification
Upon successful completion, students receive a Certificate of Completion from the State University of New York Buffalo Educational Opportunity Center.

The Customer Service Program will provide unemployed or underemployed, individuals with the skills necessary to obtain a job in entry level customer service positions such as telephone call centers, customer support, help desks, receptionists, front desk clerks, collections, and other backroom positions.
