The Program

The Customer Service Program will help students identify and avoid communication breakdowns by incorporating the skills learned from the Job Readiness To Career Success skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, situational judgment, and being able to communicate effectively in the global community.

The program will help students to understand the underlying benefits and skills needed to establish team and customer relationships.

What to Expect

The Customer Service program will address various topics related to customer relations:

  • Basic Customer Service Skills (core principles)
  • Interpersonal Skills, Organizational
  • Communication
  • Computer Skills

Earn Your Certification

Upon successful completion, students receive a Certificate of Completion from the State University of New York Buffalo Educational Opportunity Center.
