Days: Monday through  Thursday

Hours: 3:00 PM to 8:25 PM

 

The Program

The Central Sterilization Technician program is designed to provide classroom instruction to a non-experienced students in the competencies required to obtain employment as a Certified Central Sterilization Technician.

The program will address various topics related to the cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of patient equipment. As well as assisting the student to understand the basic hard skills necessary to provide a safe product for patient use.

 

 

Prerequisites

  • Meet TABE requirements
  • Submit resume & two letters of recommendations
  • Submit program interview sheet
  • Complete program interview

  • Sterile Storage

Earn Your Certification

Upon successful completion, students receive a Certificate of Completion from the State University of New York Buffalo Educational Opportunity Center.
