• Video is not playing, sound is playing but the picture is black, audio or video is stuttering. How can I fix this?

  To fix playback problems, try any of these solutions:

  1. Close your browser window. Then come back and try viewing the video again.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Click the "Settings" button above the video window and choose a slower connection speed.
  4. Upgrade to the latest version of Windows Media Player or RealPlayer.
  5. Upgrade to the latest version of your web browser.

  If none of these solutions fix the problem, your computer or network connection may not be fast enough to view these videos.

• What is required to play the videos?

  Operating system:

  • Microsoft Windows
  • Mac OS X

  Web browser:

  • Internet Explorer 6 (Windows only)
  • Firefox 1.5 or newer
  • Safari 1.0 or newer (Mac only)

  Media Players:

  • Windows Media Player 9 or newer (recommended for Internet Explorer)
  • RealPlayer 10 or newer (recommended for Firefox or Safari)

• Can I change the size of the video window?

  Yes. Simply click the "Fullscreen" button above the video window. Note: The full screen option is not available for all video formats.
