A good leader exhibits exemplary teamwork. Throughout the course of this workshop, we will discuss why leaders must model good behavior and create a culture of teamwork. We will also consider the differences between leadership and management, the various types of leaders and leadership styles, and how to train someone to improve their leadership skills. Utilizing smaller breakout teams, we will examine a scenario and identify the qualities of a good leader and finally come together to debrief on the leadership styles and strategies that characterize a good leader. We look forward to your participation in the stimulating and thought-provoking conversation this workshop will offer.
