Every day we face challenges from the simple to the complex - challenges requiring that we respond in ways that break from old habits. We need to think flexibly, strategically and often collaboratively. This workshop will provide opportunities for discussions, and awareness of different preferences for the thinking stages that are essential to innovation. Participants will explore the steps for clarifying, ideating, developing and implementing. It will act as the premier for delving into breakthrough thinking which will help individuals to learn to innovate and solve problems more effectively with others.
