Paul Tesluk, an organizational psychologist and researcher on teams and interdisciplinary collaboration, will facilitate a panel discussion on the topic of addressing the process and managerial aspects of multidisciplinary teams. The panel will feature leaders of successful multidisciplinary team projects to share the challenges of multidisciplinary teams and strategies for success.
