A majority of teams in organizations fail. This workshop will focus on two of the most important factors which can contribute to a team failing: a lack of information sharing and leadership.

Drawing on the literature on teams and leadership, we will investigate and gain an understanding of why teams fail and what actions leaders can take to enhance team effectiveness. This workshop will involve lecture and team activities.
