Planned maintenance activities will be performed on equipment that serves UB's Call Center UCCX telephone system (VoIP).
---- The Call Center system provides telephone call routing and queuing services for the CIT Help Desk, Student Response Center and University Facilities customer services functions.
------ During this maintenance window all Call Center applications will experience momentary interruptions of approximately 30 seconds while the service moves between the primary and secondary servers during the upgrade Friday evening. When Call Center staff arrive to work on Monday, June 26, they will log into the new web based client Finesse.

Services will be failed over between UCC110B and UCC210B during the upgrade to 11.5(1)SU1 Friday evening, with momentary outages of 30seconds or less. Saturday and Sunday will be used to migrate all UCCX users from CAD to Finesse. All call centers are scheduled to be closed during this window.
