The Allstate Minority and Women Emerging Entrepreneurs Program, a joint venture of the University at Buffalo School of Management Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) and the UB Center for Urban Studies, takes local minority and women business owners under wing to hone their management skills and improve their business plans.
