  Course Description
This course provides additional course content in modules for the Masters-prepared Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) who is enrolled in a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program. The DNP-course, Health Promotion and Epidemiology (N518) is now a 3-credit course; the additional 1 credit module focuses on the principles of epidemiology. These changes will enhance the knowledge of the DNP student as a health care provider in the areas of individual management of illnesses.
