Course Description |
 |
 |
This is an introduction to beginning diving in which a student will learn proper technique and safety using both the one and three meter diving boards. The course will include forward, backward, reverse and inward dive categories. Diving combines physical and mental skills that students will use throughout their lives. Diving skills give a person independence and provide a foundation for safe participation in other water activities. Although the objective of diving is to learn new dives, there is always an enjoyment of being in the water. Diving is a fun lifetime sport for people of all fitness levels. |
