  Course Description
This class is designed to introduce students to weight training, specifically lifting technique. Through this course, students will build a strong understanding about the fundamental principles of weight training and demonstrate competency in applying this know ledge to personal weight training practice. Students will leave the class with lifelong understanding of how to develop a personal lifting plan.
