MTH 115 OR EQUIVALENT Lectures will be delivered during listed class times and recordings will be posted on UBLearns. Attendance at the live lectures will also be used for extra credit opportunities. Instructor is available during office hours and individually scheduled appointments via web conferencing (Zoom) and via chat/messenger using GroupMe. Weekly homework assignments will be included to practice skills necessary for success in the course and on exams (which will be open for a 12 hour window overlapping with class time).
Enrollment Requirements
Prerequisites: Prerequisite: ULC 148 or MTH 115 or any General Education Mathematical Sciences course.
  Course Description
Graphs; permutations; combinations; probability; regression; correlation; analysis of variance; descriptive and inferential statistics; parametric and nonparametric tests appropriate to psychological research. Three hours of lecture and one hour of recitation weekly. This course is a controlled enrollment (impacted) course. Students who have previously attempted the course and received a grade other than W may repeat the course in the summer or winter; or only in the fall or spring semester with a petition to the College of Arts and Sciences Deans' Office.
