  Course Description
Explores the moral status of legality and the legal status of morality, the status of unjust laws, and the role of moral judgments of lawmakers. Is a good law one that does good? This course is the same as SSC 338, and course repeat rules will apply. Students should consult with their major department regarding any restrictions on their degree requirements.
