    Presents selected readings of the masterworks of Giovanni Boccaccio and Francesco Petrarch, with attention to the authors who influenced their work and authors who were subsequently influenced by these two crowns of Italian literature. In Spring 2017 the class will be devoted to analyzing Boccaccio?s Decameron. Prerequisite: ITA 152 OR ITA 207. Taught in Italian.
