    This class is designed to help prepare the student for challenge style races/Obstacle Course Races. Such races, including Spartan, Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash, BattleFrog and others- include obstacles and activities beyond running. The goal of this class is to build stamina and increase fitness so that students can consider participation in Challenge/OCR events. While the class is mostly running; Additional activities such as push-ups, sit-ups, bear crawl and swimming are all included.
      Course Description
    Various modalities for achieving and maintaining personal fitness: weight training, circuit training; cardiovascular development; diet and nutrition. REC courses were formerly ATH (Athletics courses).
