      Course Description
    The quality of a community's food system has significant social, environmental, economic, and health implications. This graduate seminar introduces students to the fundamentals of food system planning. Students learn to critically analyze a community's food system and learn the ways in which a community's food system can be strengthened through municipal policy and planning.
