      Course Description
    This course is an advanced documentary production workshop combining documentary theory and methods, and creative hands-on practice. Students will make documentaries in an area they choose including the personal, political, experimental, social, environmental, essay, diary, historical, hybrid, ethnographic etc. Fundamental constructions of independent documentary including: research, fieldwork, ethics, shooting, audio, interviewing, narrative structure and editing. Will also screen and critique several innovative contemporary documentaries.There is a fee associated with this class. There is a fee associated with this class.
