      Course Description
    Construction management is a multi-disciplinary field that requires a broad perspective for real estate development projects. Students will understand the scope of construction projects through implementation and knowledge of effective practices in design, development, budgeting, contracts, and supervision. Introduce students to management principles and practices across the construction industry. Involves lectures, discussions, and fieldwork.
