Dr. Kinga Szigeti is a board-certified neurologist with specialty training in genetics and cognitive disorders, and the director of the Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders Center and Translational Genomics Research Laboratory, state-of-the-art facilities specializing in cognitive disorders. She conducts a full battery of tests to diagnose and treat our patients and sees patients at both Buffalo General Hospital and Main street office locations.
Dr. Margaret Paroski is a board-certified neurologist, and she cares for patients with a broad spectrum of neurologic conditions. Dr. Paroski joined the Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders Center 2 ½ years ago. She conducts a full battery of tests to diagnose and treat our patients. She sees outpatients in the UBMD neurology offices at Buffalo General Medical Center and Main Street in Williamsville.
Mary Karpinski is a licensed social worker with a wealth of experience with a wide variety of clients. She coordinates care plans, offers support, counseling and refers patients to community resources.
A registered nurse specializing in patients with Alzheimer’s disease and memory disorders in the clinical setting at both Buffalo General Hospital and Main Street locations. She also is the triage nurse and assists with clinical research for the center.
A registered nurse that is the clinical research coordinator, managing and running all clinical trials at the center. She has an extensive background in working with Alzheimer’s disease research and been in charge many clinical trials.
A clinical secretary responsible for scheduling appointments and obtaining records. She also answers patient’s questions about and guides them through the diagnosis process of the center.
