2017 Excellence in Graduate Student Teaching

The Department of Mathematics is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2017 Excellence in Graduate Student Teaching. Winning the top awards, including a $750 prize, were Charles Cain and Abdalrazzaq Zalloum.

Criteria is based on multiple classroom observations, teaching evaluations and recommendations from supervising faculty.

Winning honorable mention, including a $250 prize, was Navya Mandava. The awards were presented by David Hemmer, Chair, at the Department of Mathematics faculty meeting on May 11, 2017.
