Bio:

Philip Rehard has served as Concert Manager for the University at Buffalo Department of Music since 1991. In that capacity, he manages approximately 175 events per year, including the Slee/Visiting Artist Series and the Slee/Beethoven String Quartet Cycle. He also founded the Ramsi P. Tick Concert Series in Buffalo, and served as its Artistic Director for the entirety of its existence from 2001-2012. Prior to these posts, he served as Interim Director of Operations with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, and has held positions with the Kinhaven Music School of Music in Weston, Vermont as well as the Arioso Chamber Orchestra in Hartford, Connecticut. He is an active member of Chamber Music America, as well as a tubist with the Buffalo Silver Band and the American Legion Band of the Tonawandas.
