A Blend of Caffeine & Confidence on February 28 | 2nd Floor, Student Union
Stefan Doyno's interest in Broadcast Journalism started in 2008 when he joined his college television station SATV as an intern at the University at Buffalo. From there, Stefan moved up the ladder from intern, to news producer, to overall producer of the university's station.
This experience led him to internships at ABC Eyewitness News in New York City, WKBW (an ABC affiliate in Buffalo, NY), MTV and ABC News Digital. He started writing news stories, events and profile pieces for AOL Patch in the summer of 2010, which led to a weekly business column which he juggled with his school work.
During graduate school, he worked part-time as an Associate Editor at QUEST Magazine in New York City - and as a weekly columnist - covering men's fashion for TheManual.com. After graduating from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in 2013, Stefan interned at ABC News Digital before becoming the Producer of the ABC News / Yahoo digital series 'What If' which ran for 3 seasons.
In 2014, Stefan left Digital and moved over to Good Morning America - where he produced taped pieces for the show's first and second hours.
In August 2016, he left behind the nocturnal life and started producing for the ABC evening program - Nightline.
